(1) If a person wants to correct the name, age or caste in his certificate, he shall pay Rs. 1.- A ticket worth more than that amount should be submitted to the Chief District Officer in written form.
(2) After receiving the application in accordance with sub-rule (1), the District Magistrate/Chief District Officer shall make a final decision after taking into account the supporting evidence and the witness land as required, and such decision shall be final.
